I've taken an Extended Hiatus, from ALL Games until after January 1st, 2012. Occasional PSLs when the mood strikes me, with my RP-lovlies. But that’s about it. Sorry, folks. Can pimp to me after new years. Lots of love to you anywayss!! Can still add me, if you wish, shall be posting MeMes and the like, however. Sooos. Not completely gone.

As if this needs posted, but, I’m not going to be Rpin or joining any new games until after January first. Life is way too hectic. Just want to get things settled, semi-normalized. Been completely fail for a while, soo. Want to work my shit out before even attempting any more in this medium of writting. Speaking of writing, when I have time, I can be found over at [info]youtalkpretty as I will attempt working on my writing. Or can find me at my personal journals too. Sorry for any inconvenience, although I sure this is none, as I haven’t really been around. When the mood strikes me, might thread/log a psl occasionally with rp-freinds. But that’s it, I’m not even going to be attempting NaNo. Cause I’ll just fail at it. Alrighty. That’s it I guess. Love you all, hope to return at some point in the new year. All un-sucktastic.

The 411:
The year is 1873.
The place is Manchester, USA.
The situation is an abnormal mine explosion, resulting in the birth of magic back into the world.
The result is people discovering they now have strange abilities.

What We Offer:
Pick your plot: With suggestions from both Mods and players, the direction of the gamewide storyline is put to a vote. Want something specific to occur? Majority wins.
Characters: Six races with unique twists on each, and a six character limit gives the opportunity to play one of each race.
IC Activities: What-If days, which will feature an Alternate Reality to the actual game. Participation in these will be optional.
OOC Activities: FFAFs every week, which may feature optional games and other means of encouraging OOC bonding and character development.
Anonymity: Don't want other players knowing who you are? That's okay! You have the option of hiding behind your character.
Mods who want to see their players happy and active!
Quality and fun, without being elite snobs.

Welcome to the Lennox House for the Mentally Insane. Your stay here will not be pleasant. Few of the doctors care about your well-being, however most have their own agenda, so little is actually done toward your mental rehabilitation except for the heavy administration of sedative drugs that tend to cause hallucinations. Those who are particularly belligerent or known to cause trouble are given electric shock therapy. The lucky ones are given long stints in solitary confinement. Some patients regard the lobotomies as their only hope for salvation. These are the ones who are particularly favored by the Asylum's more sadistic employees.

Where do you fit in with all of the madness? Were you taken here against your own will or have you committed yourself? Or are you one of the doctor's hellbent on satisfying your own needs by taking out your frustrations on as many damned souls as possible? Maybe you're one of the few trying to help those who are hospitalized. Maybe your a patient determined to escape. Maybe you really are crazy- either way, it may not take long behind these walls before your own sanity comes into question... or maybe those strange supernatural events that have been occurring are real after all... you'll soon find yourself asking; "Is it all in my head?"

The Lennox House RP is a PanFandomRPG, taking place in the 1950s and is loosely based on the movie "Sucker Punch."

They forgot it.
For the longest time, we all forgot it...


On June 1, 2010 a mysterious object spiraled toward New Orleans, Louisiana. At first, it was believed to be a meteor, but upon its landing in the bayou, it was revealed to be something entirely different. Something impossible. Otherworldly. Fragments of a long forgotten machine that defied all logic. Scientists were baffled.

The mysterious machine triggered the rebirth of magic & with that came the changes. Normal human beings began to sprout wings, set things on fire with thoughts alone, crave blood. Chaos erupted & everything changed in the blink of an eye.

The Beyonder a being known to have god like power; a being that ushered what certain hero’s of Earth would call secret wars. But the Beyonder has been caught off guard in his period of rest. A dark rift opened a door way to the Nether realm where a dark Fallen Elder god used to enter the Beyonder’s presence. The dork lord with the use of magic merged with the Beyonder distorting the god like power to his own gains.

Lord Shinnok is weakened due to his restful state. He turned his dark and evil eye to earth and other places. With the merger of the two gods Shinnok can begin his new found quest to open the gates of Chaos and usher a age of darkness for all in creation. Those with black heart form all time and space have already sworn allegiance to him.

Because of this disturbance of the Beyonders realm it leads to time rifts dimensional rifts bringing people from alternate universes where alchemy is a accepted science and the mystic arts are just as potent. Where time rifts open where earth is part of a federation of planets.

Doors to realms like outworld are opened and people slipping through. In and out. What will be done? who notices? What are people doing. What are the rifts having on the earth natural cycle……you decide!

The town of Shelby, California has been around since the mid-18oo’s, back when Gold Rush fever was spreading like wildfire throughout the country. It’s relative closeness to the San Bernardino mountains made it a choice locale for miners and those seeking to start a new life. Twice it spat in the face of Fate. Twice it rose from complete destruction to become something great, something that would be a part of American history forever.

Present day, 2009. The years have not been kind to Shelby. Though it is a popular tourist attraction, the town has rebelled against every attempt to restore it to its former glory. How can a town rebel, you ask? It’s a controversial question, to be sure.

Psychics have reported that hundreds of restless spirits walk the streets and linger in the old buildings. Mr. Victor Shelby, a direct descendant of the town’s very first major and current owner of the place, has spent the last few years trying to track down the descendants of Shelby’s former inhabitants. The ones who responded and didn’t think him to be a crazy loon accepted the invitation (and the generous sum of money offered) to come to Shelby and attempt to communicate with the spirits. The project even garnered the attention of a popular ghost hunting television series, who expressed interest in wanting to film a documentary. For two and a half weeks the research team and the descendants would investigate the hauntings.

From the creators who brought you Old West RP, we invite you to once again venture into this fictional town. The first leg of the storyline will run from February 1st to April 1st. After that, all game-wide plots will be decided upon by the players. For the beginning of the game, there will be a close-off deadline for accepting applications. We will be accepting applications up until February 21st, which will last up until April 1st, when the second leg of our storyline is decided upon. After that there shouldn’t be any need for a deadline.

Whether you come as a descendant, a researcher, or even a ghost, we hope you will enjoy your adventure. This is your Haunted Legacy.

Shelby, California, nestled at the foot of the San Bernadino Range, was once a widely populous town. Countless people migrated to the place in 1850 as a result of the Gold Rush fever spreading throughout the state.

By 1855, Shelby was a ghost town. Houses and buildings alike had been abandoned, ransacked, and some even burned to the ground. Its residents had fled, fearing the wrath of the vindictive Dooger Brothers’ Gang.

For nine years the once rich locale remained deserted, until a group of people came and claimed the land for their own in September of 1864. They rebuilt, restocked, created new lives for themselves. Faith was restored in these people, this land.

But one thing the new residents never counted on was the return of the hostiles. The bandits. Two rival groups of outlaws, both claiming the town was rightfully theirs to steal from. Both groups periodically threatened New Shelby’s growing economy. Both groups fought and killed each other mercilessly.

The year is 1867. The date, May 1. The place is the fictional former ghost town of New Shelby, California. Law men, bandits, cowboys, and Native Americans abound. A childhood game of “Cowboys and Indians” has come back anew.

Where will you fit in, partner? We’re changin’ an’ makin’ history here.

April 2008, nearly four years since the rescue, the once famous and widely talked about Oceanic Six are now considered “old news” by the media. They’re able to lead normal lives now - or at least they should be able to. Something has gone terribly wrong. The six, plus the others who managed escape, have been plagued by horrors stemming from their ‘new’ lives. Alcohol addiction, incarceration, committed to an insane asylum; these are only three of the things that have made the survivors’ lives horrible.

They thought the media had forgotten about them. They thought the months they spent on the island had been left behind. They thought they were free. But the island never forgets. And now, it seems it may be playing for keeps. Now it wants them back.

A friend of my friend’s Mother is missing... Please read and share info for others to read & share! To help find her!! It's scary when people you care about go missing.

I really thought she would be found by now. But Since Thurs. Feb. 21, 2008 my mother, Dyane (Dee) Blackford has been missing from her retirement home in Glendale, CA. The reason I'm making an open post for her like this is obvious that I am very concerned and worried about her welfare after 4 days of no leads. The police have been notified since the day of disappearance and we have called every hospital including psyche wards and ERs, etc. in the immediate area of Glendale and LA county. Still nothing. What makes us anxious is this; since 2003 my mother's mental health has steadily declined due to a stroke or perhaps a brain hemorrhage we believe she had suffered, but was never properly treated for it in time. As a result, she has dementia brought on by aphasia. The aphasia is caused by atrophy of the brain which was diagnosed from a MRI scan back in 2003. What this means is, she cannot speak or read clearly without assistance anymore. Some days have been better than others for her, but sadly most of the time she cannot speak a full two words and her sentences become gibberish. However, by sight, she still recognizes family and friends, even some places~ but she just wouldn't know how to explain how to get there. She knows how to say hi, bye, yes, no, and if she's hungry she'll rub her stomach. She is in general very friendly. At a glance, she looks very healthy and normal and still walks briskly for her age.
The days here have been colder and rainier than usual and I doubt she was dressed warmly. After going through her wardrobe, I didn't find her coats missing. I can only hope she has found a hot meal and shelter by a good Samaritan at this point. However, there is of course a multitude of scenarios that can occur within 4 days, so I urge anyone out there in our area, in CA, or perhaps even as far as Az, Utah, WA, Canada, Mexico, heck across the entire Nation, to please let us or your local authorities know if you've seen or heard anything that might relate to my mom. I am her only child, I have no other siblings to ask for help with this. Which is why I'll be turning to as many media outlets as possible in hope for a safe, quick return of my mother.

I can't thank all of you enough for taking the time to read this. I hope we can find her ASAP! Positive thinking everyone!
